CUSTOM AUTOMATION SOLUTIONS

A.I.M.E. develops custom automation solutions for a wide range of industries, to implement existing processes or automatic manual tasks.

These robotic systems allow the execution of several operations on the individual elements: processing, automatic loading and unloading on the line, welding (manual or robotic) of the joining components, internal and external cleaning, storage in specific dedicated containers, management and withdrawal of rejects. They can be supplemented by automatic palletizers and warehouses of various sizes that can be programmed to stack all elements or categories of elements.

Each automation solution is designed together with the client to resolve their particular production requirements.

Pipe folding press

This press for loading, pressing and unloading pipes was designed to automate a production process partly handled by external vendors and partly done manually by the client’s own operators. The automatic pipe loading/unloading system also considerably reduced the risks associated with handling large amounts of heavy materials, thus improving the plant’s level of occupational health and safety.

The device can be designed according to the customer’s specific production requirements, such as the type of material to be used and the forms of pressing.

Pipe hole cutter with palletizer

This machine was designed to be integrated with an existing machine, with the function of cutting steel pipes. The hole cutter automatically picks the perforated pipes, cuts the required holes in them and then places them in a pallet-compatible steel bin. This makes the process far safer and more efficient, since the machine takes care of manually unloading the steel pipes as well as doing a second processing operation.

The device can be designed according to the customer’s specific production requirements, such as the type of material to be used and the forms of pressing.
